When you contact us or request a Proof of Concept, we process: name, email address, phone number, company name and your message.
Usage data

Call data
For customers using our platform: call metadata, transcriptions, recordings (if enabled), and call analytics results. This data is processed on behalf of the customer (processor).

4. Legal bases
We process personal data on the basis of:

- Customer data: for the duration of the agreement plus the statutory retention obligation
- Website data: up to 26 months
- Call data: in accordance with the agreements with the client (data processing agreement)

We only share personal data with third parties when this is necessary for our services, or when we are legally obliged to do so. We use processors that act under our instructions and with whom we have concluded data processing agreements.
All data processing takes place within the European Economic Area (EEA). We do not process data outside the EEA.
